Elif is very good at explaining the correct way to do the movements and she reminds you as you go through the workouts. I enjoyed the history of Pilates that she added to the beginning. This is definitely a form of exercise that will benefit all ages. I am only on my 8th beginner workout and I am already stronger and more flexible.
