Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength, and muscle tone. The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.
With only 2-4 clients in a class, you enjoy the dynamic of working out with other people while getting individual attention.

In these one-on-one sessions, you get a deeper understanding of the movement and do them with precision. Great for clients who want flexible schedule, highly personalized program, faster results, and for those with special physical needs, such as injury rehabilitation.
Classes are done mainly on the Pilates Reformer, with Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels to vary the workouts.

Each class incorporates all the key principles of Pilates to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
The mat floor exercises may also be combined with other props such as weights, balls, elastic bands and, rings.

If you suffer from a wide separation between tour abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), you must be careful and strengthen your deep abdominal muscles. Many forms of exercise tend to overtrain the superficial rectus abdominis and in this case, you run the risk of increasing the separation. This holistic method is composed of special exercises and release work for your recovery.

This class will take you through a series of body positions combined with rocking movement that will activate the body’s innate sense of fascial and muscular release as well as incorporate bone rhythms. We use specific body positions coupled with a gentle rocking motion to facilitate the release. A semi hardball is used to further enhance the release by adding pressure.
